Punta Marina

The ‘T’ shaped form of the land and its canal fronts led to the implantation of the buildings for this residential and commercial complex. Two low buildings with small shops are placed along the avenue with the access to the residential area between them. In the centre of the land a large area spreads out the four six-floor buildings in a way that their circulation areas face this internal space and the main apartment facades face the canals, leaving perspectives between the buildings through the garden areas to the canal view.

The two, three and four-bedroom apartments are of one or two levels. This creates single and double height corridors flanked with large circular columns.
