Isla Marina

A residential complex of two ten-story buildings implanted on a sea front land with a back side vertical cliff that defines the height of the construction. The two almost identical ‘v’ shaped buildings create with the angles between them a large recreation, garden and pool area.

The overflowing sea-front pool shape follows the line created by the marina designed according to wind and currents. On the ground level there are four-bedroom duplex apartments with large terraces overlooking the gardens.

The upper two levels are also duplex apartments. The intermediate floors have one level with two, three and four bedrooms, all with balconies towards the sea view. The cliff side façade designed with the structure of the building creates a large 6 x 6 meter grid.
