Punta Palma Hotel & Marina

The long stretch of land on the seafront provides an ideal setting for this 181- bedroom hotel. The project is composed by two six-floor buildings set back from each other and united by a transparent vertical module with the access and the elevator halls. The entrance and reception area are at street level and upon entering there is long glass façade facing the view, and a grand curved staircase that leads down to the double-height lobby area.

This lower lobby level gives straight access to the garden and pool area. At this level are the main dinning area, bar, seaside restaurant and bar, boutiques and the ballroom, conference and business centre. Most bedrooms are facing the sea, and some are on the entrance side facing the mountain. A beach and marina were created to complete this seafront hotel.
